Kahvalti 2

On our search for the best breakfast, Derin Bahce was suggested. So we gave it a go! Bright and early we set off from Datca along the D400 where it is on the left almost opposite Flow Hotel.

Charlie had wanted to visit even before the recommendation because of the little tree houses in the garden. The location is very pretty with lots of trees and greenery. We were shown to our tree house where we were invited to remove our shoes before climbing into the little house and lounging on comfy cushions with one of the low traditional tables. By now everyone knew how to say the  'Dort kahvalti lutfen' and Tom also wanted a 'Turk Kahvesi sade lutfen'. Along came 3 waiters with all the stuff. This time we had the traditional tea pot on a burner along with bread, olives, eggs, cheese, almonds, honey and jams. However there was no borek or gozleme so although the setting was fabulous, we felt the breakfast in Eski Datca was a little better. However it was all lovely and we will return.

So very hot yet so green here
