The Keevill Ladies Day Out

So the sun was shining and we decided a day out together would be nice. Hil picked up Loraine and then called in on me. We headed off to the Rococo Gardens near by to admire the snowdrops which are early this year. Usually the gardens are packed when the snowdrops bloom with ladies of a certain age but we were in luck today. There were only a handful of others, the sun was shining and the flowers blooming. After we had wandered around the woodland area we adjourned for lunch in the cafe - delicious beef stew with dumplings by the log burning fire. Then we headed off for the formal gardens, laid out as they would have been in the 18th century. We loved it there. Here are some photos of our smashing day out.

Hil and Lor all dressed up for the cold!

Tons of fun trying out my new camera.

Hil said she would like to get married here!
