The 'Poshed Up' Harbour

They have been working on Datca harbour for several months, well work really began over a year ago when they demolished the ramshackle establishments. We have been watching the progress this year and now, almost finished it looks very smart. There are one or two areas which are rather crazy. The travertine flooring looks beautiful but where it has been laid on the steep slope by Beyaz Amca, it has created a slide which is a little disconcerting to walk down. There are some new palm trees, a water feature, a sundial (looks like a shark),  pretty terraces, flower beds, marble seating and smart lighting. The visiting yachts have new hook ups for water and electricity and since we have been here there have been many boats every night.
